The Kenyon Piano Quartet, based
in Washington, DC, is named in honor of Kenyon Street, one of the oldest
streets in the historic Mount Pleasant neighborhood of DC. This is where rehearsals, formerly and affectionately known as “music and wine at Grace’s house,” started.
A dynamic emerging chamber ensemble, the Kenyon Piano Quartet unites long-standing
friendships and musical talent: Grace Hong and Judie Lieu met in 1991 at Oberlin College
Conservatory of Music; Chase Maggiano, Judie Lieu, and Jeremy Rissi met in 2001
playing in a chamber orchestra. Together, the Kenyon Piano Quartet
performs locally in DC, MD and VA.
The Kenyon Quartet is very excited to add to its list of performance venues. If you would like request more information about availability, please contact us here.
